The breakfast offered many choices. I found them all quite good. The spa area had sufficient space for everyone. I also enjoyed using the parking service. My car was promptly available for my departure. The staff were helpful and the location was central.
My room was warm. The air conditioning did not seem to function at full capacity. I found a leaking shower head in the bathroom. I had to call several times to get someone to bring the bags up to my room.

i appreciated the prompt assistance with my luggage upon arrival. the staff efficiently stored my bags and delivered them to my room later. the balmain bath products added a touch of luxury, and i liked the bath salts! the welcome cookies were also a very nice touch.
The air conditioning did not seem effective. The room felt warm. even with the aircon set to full, the temperature was not cool enough. this impacted my sleep quality significantly. Though the blackout curtain was great

the room was super spacious and meticulously maintained the bathroom featured a comfortable bathtub. the amenities included luxury products from balmain. i appreciated the integrated sound system with easy controls.
the front desk staff did not greet guests warmly this created a less-than-ideal initial impression. i occasionally heard disturbances from street noise on the shopping mall side.

the staff greeted my children with LOLLIPOPS upon arrival, which they enjoyed. the hotel has one suite and one king room, both were lovely and well cared for. we took part in the breakfast, it had an amazing spread and many menu items.
the window VIEW from the room wasn't great as it looked into offices.

i enjoyed very spacious and super clean rooms. balmain products were provided and that was very fancy. i could control the sound system from a central panel. the lighting controls let us create warm or cool scenes.
the front desk wasnt super engaging when i arrived, and were focused on their screens.
